Rules for Nomination

There are two ways in which a person can be considered for the Hall of Fame;

  1. As a lifter based on your competitive career and achievements.

  2. As a contributor through the time you’ve spent promoting, helping and growing the sport and lifters in our state.

Criteria:

  1. Has to have lived in the state during the majority of their competitive/peak years and/or contributor years.

  2. Must be 35 years or older.

  3. A lifter must have competed or contributed in the sport for at least 8 years.

  4. Must achieve a 75% score to be eligible for the Hall of Fame. Lifters must score a 15/20 on Primary Points for a Lifter. Contributors must score 12/16 on Primary Points for a Contributor. However, the minimum ONLY makes you eligible to be voted on for induction, it does not guarantee that you will be inducted.

  5. Any one caught willfully and blatantly falsifying their information will receive a lifetime ban from being considered for the Hall of Fame.
