Funding of the Club and/or Cost to join: Self funded and university funded. Dues are $25 per semester.
Working out between semesters: Auburn’s rec is available during breaks to students and staff over breaks with limited hours. A local gym called Tiger Iron also has day passes from $5-$10 that is staffed and open on days the rec is closed. Rec hours are available on the rec’s website.
Working out during summer: Passes for the rec are available for students taking less than 1 credit hour over the summer. If 1 credit hour or more is being taken, full access to the rec is available during operational hours. Rec hours vary and are available on the website.
Equipment needed by the member: All equipment is optional, but it’s recommended to buy your own belt, knee sleeves/wraps, shoes, and deadlift socks. Some A7 singlets are available for use on an as needed basis. They must be returned at the end of the semester. Custom Auburn singlets are occasionally ordered depending on leadership.
