Guidelines for Lifters
Lifters Primary Point System for Induction: (20 possible points)
1) Number of active years as a competitor includes; Full Powerlifting, Benchpress only, Deadlift only and Push/Pull. If you had a competitive absence(s) from the sport 3 years or greater you need to subtract that 3+ year absence from your total years as a lifter. (4 possible points)
8 – 10 years / 1 points, 11 – 15 years / 2 points, 16 – 20 years / 3 points, 21+ years / 4 points.
2) Number of meets competed in at any and all levels. (4 possible points)
5 – 9 meets / 1 point, 10 – 17 meets / 2 points, 18 – 25 meets / 3 points, 26+ / 4 points,
3) Caliber of meets in which the lifter has competed. (4 possible points)
State level: 1 point, Regional level: 2 points, National level: 3 points, World/Pro level: 4 points
4) Lifter classification achieved in a respected federation. (8 possible points)

Men’s Full Power:
Class 1 Lifter or 375 DOTS score – 4 Points
Master Total or 415 DOTS score – 6 Points
Elite/International Elite Total or 450 DOTS score – 8 Points
Women’s Full Power:
Class 1 Total or 315 DOTS Score – 4 Points
Master Total or 345 DOTS Score – 6 Points
Elite/International Elite Total or 380 DOTS Score– 8 Points
Men’s Bench Press Only:
Class 1 Total or 92.5 DOTS Score – 4 Points
Master Total or 102.5 DOTS Score – 6 Points
Elite/International Elite Total or 112.5 DOTS Score – 8 Points
Women’s Bench Press Only:
Class 1 Total or 72.5 DOTS Score – 4 Points
Master Total or 80 DOTS Score – 6 Points
Elite/International Elite Total or 90 DOTS Score – 8 Points
Men’s Deadlift Only:
Class 1 Total or 140 DOTS Score – 4 Points
Master Total or 155 DOTS Score – 6 Points
Elite/International Elite Total or 170 DOTS Score – 8 Points
Women’s Deadlift Only:
Class 1 Total or 125 DOTS Score – 4 Points
Master Total or 140 DOTS Score – 6 Points
Elite/International Elite Total or 155 DOTS Score – 8 Points
Men and Women Push/Pull:
Push/Pull inductee’s points will be determined by their best competition bench press and competition deadlift of their lifting career.
Extra Information About the Lifters:
1) Records set and held during the lifters career. They may have been broken by the time they are inducted. This is for the individuals specific time competing. The State, National and World records held are federation records. All-Time records are regardless of federations.

2) Contributor to Powerlifting outside of lifting.

Through the application process the applicant or their proxy will be given the opportunity to include other information about the lifter’s powerlifting history and personal history not addressed with the application’s questions.
