Current pursuits in life and powerlifting:
In powerlifting I’m chasing a 700lb deadlift. In life, I’m committed to helping people reach their goals through personal training. Also, I’m actively building my skills in welding. I’ve also started my own small home gym, and my long-term plan is to open my own full training facility within the next few years. I’m focused on growth and helping others do the same. I also plan on actively helping the HOF.
Lifting History:
When did you start weightlifting and what inspired you to start weightlifting?
I was always infatuated with strength lol I started powerlifting training when I met my trainer Robert Wilkerson in Selma, Al I started powerlifting when I was 23. My trainer talked me in to thing that I turned into a passion and something I became great at.
When did you get involved with powerlifting and what got you interested in the sport?
I got involved with powerlifting at the age of 23 and my trainer got me interested along with competing with liked minded people
Do you have a powerlifting nick name, if so what is it and how did you get it?
Yes my nickname was Baby Hulk aka Dalegendary Baby Hulk I got that name from friends and family because of my height and strength later on I competed at Ct fletcher iron wars and that’s when it stuck with me
What weight class(es) did you compete in? I competed in 198 when I first started then transition to 220

I have a total of 5-8 state championships with USPA.
I have won CT Fletcher Iron Wars IV in California.

Who are some of the most memorable lifters/people for you in your career?
I have met a lot and CT Fletcher, but the one that stuck with me was Robert Wilkerson which is my
trainer who became my best friend and brother

What words of wisdom would you like to pass down to future powerlifters?
Listen to your body with a clear mind, make realistic goals and remember when you grind hard you
will shine hard in life and weight room.
